By accessing or using the Website by any means, including via any device, channel, or application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

As a condition of your use of the Website, you warrant to the Site Owners that you will not use the Website:
- for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use and applicable law;

Without prejudice to the foregoing, photographs may be downloaded for bona fide editorial/news reporting about H.H. Sheikh Saud and Ras Al Khaimah. You must credit Government of Ras Al Khaimah – Office of H.H. Sheikh Saud. No commercial use or alterations are permitted. Permission to use the photographs may be withdrawn at any time at the Site Owners’ sole discretion.

By accessing the Website, you acknowledge and agree that the Courts of Ras Al Khaimah are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle any Dispute and accordingly you waive any objection to the Courts of Ras Al Khaimah on the grounds that they are an inconvenient or inappropriate forum to settle any Dispute.
